- Preparation of Feasibility Report :
A feasibility report shall be prepared by studying the plan, by applying the FSI & TDR rules as per prevailing policy, considering maximum benefits the member can demand from the developers, A report will be submitted to the society.
- FEASIBILITY REPORT BY Edifice Team (PMC): –
Major task will be to survey the project / Plot / Area / FSI – TDR /BMC – MHADA the rules applicable, the technical and financial details and the comparison of major repairs vis – a – vis reconstruction.
