Quality controls:
A regular visit of a project manager is arranged 3-4 times a week. Maximum emphasis is given on the quality of the constructions to avoid recurring expensive repairs afterwards. As a project management consultant we would supervise the quality of constructions and verify the structural plan, necessary instructions/specifications shall be issued to contractor as per the requirements of the structure to have long lasting durability
Inspections:
Inspecting whether the work is carried out as per approved plans and as per commitments made by the developer/contractor with the client and whether all the necessary approvals are obtained by builders at every stage of the works.
Preparation of Payment Advice:
Whenever the contractor raises bills it will be certified by our Office and payment advice will be issued for releasing of the payment to the client. Prompt payment by the client will ensure timely completion of the project.
